Oakville’s Annual Maple Syrup Festival

Wednesday Feb 27th, 2019

Bronte Creek’s Annual Maple Syrup Festival begins this weekend. There’s nothing more quintessentially Canadian than bringing your family to a maple sugar bush during March break. With the festival staff dressed in historical attire, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the history of maple syrup and learn all there is to know about our national condiment. In addition to historical tours, activities will include a guided tour of maple lane, gift shop, wagon rides, farm animals and more.

Be sure to bring your appetites- pancakes, sausages maple candy and maple taffy will be served to satisfy your sweet tooth.

The maple syrup festivities are open to the public from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. every weekend in March and from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and daily through the March Break (March 9-17). Allow 2-3 hours to see and do everything. (all festival buildings, tours, and food services close/stop at 3 p.m.).
